Ryan spent 15 years in a variety of roles within the retail sector before joining us at Noggin. We enjoyed working with Ryan as a client on two highly successful programmes, so when he decided to change his career direction we eagerly invited him to become part of the Noggin team.
I’d spent so much of my time and energy managing projects that I’d lost sight of my own personal development. I’d succumbed to the daily grind and stopped challenging myself. Fortunately I had a chance to take some time out and looking back it was the best decision I ever made. Noggin came along at a perfect time for me; helping me refocus my energies and rediscover what I was passionate about.
Ryan brings to Noggin a wealth of operational, HR and training experience which he puts to great use when working alongside our retail and service industry clients.
For me it’s all about engagement. If you can tap into what makes yourself and other people tick, you can achieve incredible results in a very short space of time. One person with passion is better than 20 people who are just going through the motions.
