Mel Harmes

Mel HarmesMel has been in sales since 1981, mainly in the IT sector. As a manager he found that sharing his experiences and helping others to develop their own skills gave him a huge buzz. So much so that he has now been running his own training company since 1998, delivering experiential learning encounters using everything from psychometrics to abseiling in the great outdoors.
Mel attended ‘The Human Element’ and NLP Practitioner & Master Practitioner with noggin and, having experienced the noggin passion was eager to collaborate with us.
