Martine has been a consultant, performance coach and speaker across Europe and Australia for eight years. She specialises in helping organisations work with how they can develop sustainable leaders and sustainable practices.
Previously she held the General Management role for the UK business employing 1500 people and specialised in business performance improvement and organisation effectiveness.

Martine is a Certified Trainer of NLP and holds a Masters in Organisation Consulting from Ashridge Business School. Her primary area of interest is Leadership Development.
