Karen has worked at executive level in the high tech industry for many years at companies such as IBM and Symantec, running marketing and partnership functions, and has recently held a European VP Role.

Karen has always been naturally passionate about people and performance. Some years ago Karen discovered NLP and it ignited a fascination and deep curiosity for how much more could be achieved. Since then Karen has invested in a wide range of tools and put them into practice through 1-to-1 coaching and running workshops on topic such as executive and next generation leadership performance, team building, facilitation and influential communication. She has also led cultural change and organizational development programs across large and small groups.
