Colette joined noggin at the beginning of 2011 as our Business Manager to impose some systems making us more efficient and administratively robust; which was urgently needed as the company had achieved more than 70% growth for the 3rd consecutive year.
When I first met noggin I was immediately struck by how different they are. I’ve come from recruitment where it’s all about sales, targets and money but at noggin it’s all about the quality of what we do.
She has made a dramatic difference to logistics, financial management and will soon be turning her attention to CRM.
It’s so exciting being part of the enthusiastic growth plans, picking up some skills along the way, helping to support such great clients and working in a diverse team of interesting people. I previously studied Sports Management so having the opportunity to work with Olympic Athletes is really cool.
