Before we met Chris he was already one of life’s high-performers. There is no better demonstration of high-performance and decisive and un-ambiguous leadership than leading combat missions in hostile environments and being the first ever ‘Apache’ helicopter display pilot in the British Army Air Corps.
In 2001 Chris became an instructor to the best pilots in active service, and consistently improved their performance. It led him to two realisations; that he had a gift and passion for coaching, mentoring and training; and that ‘how’ he transferred his experience made a bigger difference than simply imparting the technical skills.
“My experience of performing in pressure situations, as well as a general study of psychological principles and effective meditation led me to the realisation that high-performance is all about perspective and the ability to be completely ‘in the now’.
As a Master Practitioner and Trainer of NLP I have been able to really tie it all together and enhance not only my personal skills but also the ability to impart my life experiences in a more accessible manner.”
Chris is a highly-skilled NLP change agent, and a real asset to the noggin team in coaching high-performance leadership, whether leading in a corporate environment, or leading yourself.
