Sally Gunnell – Keynote Speech
Sally often asks the philosophical question ‘Nature or nurture?’ Some say that a champion is born, not made. As the daughter of an Essex farmer Sally’s life revolved around horses, cows, sheds and mucking out until 1980, when she sat down one afternoon and watched the Moscow Olympics on TV and suddenly knew with certainty what she wanted; The dream of Olympic success became her life.
Her many inspiring stories take us from rural Essex to the winner’s podium at the Barcelona Olympics, then on to the Stuttgart World Championships and a World Record. She was Commonwealth, European, World and Olympic Champion concurrently. Sally selects her most relevant stories and speaks candidly to audiences who often say that they find her story inspiring, not just because of her achievements, but because they feel that they, too, can go on to achieve more in life.
So, nature or nurture? Sally proves that we all have the chance to take control of our lives; the only question is whether or not we choose to do so.
Leon Taylor – MENTOR

Leon will make copies of his book available for your event and is happy to sign copies after this speech.
Daryll Scott – High Performance Creativity
Do you ever find yourself ‘stuck’ or doing the same thing over and over again hoping for different results? We are often told to think outside of the box but do you know how to do that? Do you even know what the box is or how you managed to climb into it in the first place?
Real creativity is a methodology for all of the challenges of everyday life – it’s not just for the more obvious grand gestures like designing buildings or writing songs. When you are able to access a creative state of mind at will (rather than waiting for accidental ‘eurika’ moments) most problems disappear.
Like many speakers on the subject Daryll can talk about creative thought processes and attitudes, and provide plenty of handy, take-away tips. Unlike other speakers, Daryll can provide precise neurological techniques for you to access a creative state of mind at will.
Daryll is the author of two business books and a kids book on creative thinking. He is a trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and has developed of a neurological coaching game that is being used by high-performance coaches all over the world. The techniques Daryll will share with you are a leap in the direction of high performance creativity.
