What is New Code NLP? By Daryll Scott

In their haste to amaze the world with what they had achieved, John Grinder and Richard Bandler conducted seminars and published books on this amazing subject which contained their coded patterns and their extraordinary scientific methodology was shared implicitly with guiding principles.

A decade or so later NLP had swept the globe and in many places the methodology implicit in their work had not been preserved in application.

Between 1982-1987 John Grinder collaborated with Judith DeLozier to develop the New Code of NLP, which he has further developed working with Carmen Bostic St Clair.

In 2001, Grinder and Bostic St Clair published Whispering in the Wind which is:

"a set of recommendations as to how specifically NLP can improve its practice and take its rightful place as a scientifically based endeavour with its precise focus on modelling of the extremes of human behaviour: excellence and the high performers who actually do it."

It features radical revisions to the epistemology, distinguishes between content and process and aggressively tackles misconceptions around NLP modeling, application and training.
