We have developed a comprehensive, behavioural sales model that is proven to be extraordinarily effective. We use slightly different versions of the model for different sales environments including retail/showroom, networking and negotiations.

We use a 3-step process to coach effective behaviours for selling that are comfortable, permissive and influential: The first stage addresses approaching or making first contact with a prospect, the second stage involves techniques for accurate listening and asking the right questions, The third stage involves dealing with resistance and closing.
