We have created a three-step, programme that will equip coaches with the understanding and flexibility to get dramatically effective results.
Step one: The Human Element - 5 days
- Experience your own styles of interaction and develop flexibility to meet the needs of your clients
- Create genuine conditions of openness that gets to the important stuff more quickly
- Qualify in the use of 3 psychometric tools that get right to the heart of what's driving behaviour
Step two: Certified NLP Practitioner for business - 8 days
- Create a connection with any coaching client and capture their attention
- Read body language and listen to 'how' they are speaking to uncover obstacles in the thinking of your client
- Use influential patterns of communication to reduce stress in your client, break their unhelpful patterns of behaviour, expand their options and allow them gain more perspectives
- Induce high-performance states in your client for confidence, creativity and problem solving
Step three: Application workshop - 3 days
- Gain a practical certification for real and effective commercial application of FIRO® and NLP coaching
- Become familiar with reading and utilizing a diverse range of psychometrics
- Discover practical approaches to working with development plans, 360's and other feedback
- Develop a range of strategies to deal with 'difficult' clients and unexpected scenarios
If you only require step 3, we do recognize certifications in 'The Human Element' and 'NLP Practitioner' from other training organisations.
