Coaching Support & CPD - The noggin 100
This is a real, supportive, challenging forum that is entirely driven by the need to provide real support for live projects, and genuine CPD that is far more than a box ticking exercise.
This is not a membership club. We are not going to call ourselves the chartered institute of whatever. It's not a marketing scheme. We will not give you a rubber stamp for marketing purposes.
The 'noggin 100' was launched in November '09 and was initially by invitation only. We currently have 20 members, and intend to recruit 20 more each year until we reach the ceiling of 100 members.
The profiles of members are fairly diverse including leaders, department heads and HR Professionals from FTSE 500 companies, a few entrepreneurs and several independent coaches.

Dates for 2010:
5th January, 2nd March, 4th May, 6th July, 7th September, 2nd November.
The 6 open days focus on specific topics and are addressed in three practical contexts:
- Firstly; self-application
- Secondly; 1-to-1 communication
- Lastly; Groups and larger audiences
Topics that we have covered or intend to cover in the year include: defensive behaviour, metaphoric communication, high-performance teams and creativity.
The members set the topics that we explore in advance and there is a strong emphasis on creating real experiences between sessions to keep it real.
