There is a pre-study assignment (reading a particular book and completing the exercises) that takes about 30 hours and we ask that you complete it before the start of the course. There is also plenty of reference to further reading during the course.

The training is fast, intensive and experiential. There are no manuals, just a couple of 'aide memoirs'. We are coaching you in human interaction, so that's what we ask you to pay attention to - not a pen and paper. Can you imagine learning to ride a bicycle from a manual? Many NLP training courses will provide 'scripts', and at the end of the training, that's what you have learnt to do - read a script.The content of the course is real, and we guide, provoke and coach you to discover the patterns and techniques in such a way that your experience of them is real. As a result you will be able to utilize them at any time thereafter.

We keep the numbers low to create an extremely challenging and supportive environment.

On the last day of the course we invite one of a handful of other Certified NLP trainers to join us on the course; to provide another perspective and another style of NLP application and to ensure that our courses are delivering to the exceptional standards that we boldly claim.
