Benita Mayhead
Benita has worked for herself since 1998 after leaving Citigroup where she was European HR Head for one of the consumer businesses. Previous to that she worked for Merrill Lynch and Agip (UK) Ltd. Benita now provides leadership development, coaching and team development support to clients and as an accomplished facilitator she helps groups and individuals stretch to reach the outcomes they desire. She works with a range of organisations from sectors including Publishing, Banking, Police Services, Government Agencies, Construction, Telco and Charities. She also works with offenders currently serving prison sentences helping them shift perspective and as a consequence, behaviour, resulting in a reduction in re-offending.
Benita completed her NLP Practitioner, NLP Master Practitioner and Human Element training with Noggin and feels the journey of self development and growth is a never ending enjoyable and testing path. She is married, has two gorgeous daughters and "the hound".
