About Noggin
Have you ever had one of those conversations when you share your values, intentions and ideas and find yourself in complete agreement with another person? The excitement of the exchange grows until you reach the point of saying "Let's do it!"
Daryll Scott and Ben Houghton had exactly such a conversation at the end of 2004, and dedicated the first half of 2005 to developing the Noggin service offering around what busy, people-focussed organisations really need.
The resultant Noggin models combine commercial knowledge and experience with applied psychological techniques to effect lasting personal development for individuals, teams and organisations remarkably quickly.

The best way to explain what I do now, I suppose, is to encourage people to be more flexible in how they think and feel about themselves and make the most out of their business and personal lives.
